Why Abhidheya Advisors exists.
Abhidheya Advisors LLP was founded in 2025 with a clear conviction — that effective consulting in Himalayan states requires more than frameworks imported from elsewhere. It requires practitioners who are embedded in the terrain, who understand the institutional culture of mountain governance, and who stay accountable to outcomes rather than deliverables.
The firm was founded by Vinit Chakwal following years of frontline work in public policy, tourism, skilling, and governance across Uttarakhand — including as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow in Pauri Garhwal and as a Strategy Consultant embedded within a state organisation. Abhidheya Advisors was built to take that experience and deploy it at scale — as a structured consulting firm with the agility of a small team and the range of a multi-sectoral practice.
Today the firm operates from Dehradun with active projects in Uttarakhand — and a growing portfolio spanning governance, tourism, digital transformation, communications, and development sector consulting.

Vinit Chakwal
Vinit Chakwal is the Designated Partner of Abhidheya Advisors LLP. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology and a Certificate in Public Policy & Management from IIM Bangalore.
His career spans co-founding Abhidheya Foundation — a youth-driven NGO working with over 1,500 children in Dehradun — serving as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow in Pauri Garhwal, and working as a Strategy Consultant with state organisations. He founded Abhidheya Advisors LLP in 2025.
His work sits at the intersection of governance, digital transformation, tourism, and strategic planning — with a particular focus on Uttarakhand’s institutional landscape and its development challenges.
